We had an absolutely incredible experience at a hotel we recently stayed at in a beautiful mountain town. One particular memory that stands out is when my wife had an accident on the slopes and injured her leg. The hotel staff, especially the manager Giovanni, went above and beyond to assist us. They provided crutches, helped us find a nearby doctor during the off-season, and even drove us there personally. We were truly grateful for their kindness and support during a difficult time.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Although there were a few minor issues with the cleanliness of the rooms and the limited breakfast options, the exceptional service and care shown by the staff more than made up for it.

we stayed adjacent to such popular places as sellaronda. the check-in was friendly. if you don't want to go far from the hotel, try baita al parco, which is 300 ft away.

Near a bus stop, you can easily travel around Canazei. Great choice for city break. They actually had free Wi-Fi.

Very small room.

We had a fantastic stay, thanks to the great location right in the centre, excellent transportation, and ample free parking. The hotel facilities were clean and top-notch, making our stay comfortable. Staff members were welcoming and attentive to our needs, and the breakfast spread was diverse and delicious.

Cannot find any fault.

The room I stayed in at Dolomiti Schloss was good and perfectly adequate. The size of the room was small but nice, and the sanitary facilities were well-maintained.

One minor negative feature I found in the database was that the rooms can be a bit hit and miss in terms of size, with some being quite large while others are so small that it's barely possible to enter the bathroom. However, overall, the room was still adequate for my needs.

Great for ski lovers. Prime location with a short walk to the slopes. Staff was friendly and provided top-notch service. Food was delicious and had a variety of choices. The spa centre was relaxing and a definite bonus after a long day on the slopes.

The decor is dated and the rooms are not well insulated so noise can be a problem. Some of the rooms had views overlooking unattractive places.

Nothing not too like.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location right in the center was ideal, making it super convenient for exploring the area. Plus, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony that offered stunning mountain views. I also loved the delicious breakfast buffet they had every morning, which had a great variety of options to choose from. this venue provided excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a lovely atmosphere, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Great location in town and close to key tourist spots. The sauna facilities are modern and clean. The WiFi connection was stable throughout my stay.

The rooms are outdated with old furnishings and poor lighting. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. The bar service was slow and the drinks were overpriced. The food in the restaurant was mediocre at best and the breakfast lacked variety. not worth the price.
